Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a registered nurse to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes on a PRN basis in Virginia. You will perform catheter access, monitor vitals, administer medications, and complete blood draws as needed.

The position offers mileage reimbursement, free supplies for basic lab draw and infusion-therapy, and access to scheduling technology with opportunities for advancement and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy or catheter maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines).
• Monitor vitals and assess patient condition.
• Administer prescribed medications (antibiotics, TPN, IVIG, etc.).
• Perform blood draws and document visit notes promptly.
