Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy services on a PRN basis. You will perform catheter access, vitals assessments, and administer medications in patients' homes, ensuring compassionate, personalized care.

Responsibilities include patient education, documenting visits, and coordinating with scheduling staff. A valid RN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license with competence in infusion duties.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy or catheter maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and access to printer/scanner/fax.
• Ability to communicate promptly with scheduling personnel.
• Expect to do 2 visits per week as a PRN.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration.
• Blood draws.
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medication.
• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.
