Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking registered nurses to provide infusion therapy services in patients' homes. This PRN role requires a valid RN license and at least one year of infusion experience, with ability to perform catheter care and administer medications.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and be comfortable using electronic charting tools to complete visit notes. Mileage reimbursement and other benefits are available.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to perform catheter access and care ( peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines ).
• Strong communication and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy in patient homes.
• Perform catheter access, vitals, and medication administration.
• Educate patients on self-administration of medications.
• Document visit notes promptly in electronic charting system.
• Coordinate visits and communicate with scheduling team.
