Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc in Macon, GA, seeks licensed RNs for PRN infusion therapy visits to patients in their homes. Provide catheter access, meds, vitals, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on self-care and medication administration.
• Document visit notes promptly in electronic charting.
• Coordinate visits and maintain essential supplies.
