Job summary

Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide home infusion therapy services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include catheter access, vitals, medication administration, and patient education.

Qualified candidates will have an active RN license, at least 1 year of infusion therapy experience, and reliable transportation. Position offers flexible PRN visits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy experience.
• Reliable transportation to visits.
• Access to printer/scanner/fax machine.
• Ability to communicate promptly with scheduling personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access and care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines).
• Take vitals and conduct assessments.
• Administer medications (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds).
• Perform blood draws.
• Educate patients on self-administration of medications.
• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.
