Job summary

Helms Home Care is seeking a PRN Home Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy and catheter care for patients across assigned areas. You will perform IV access, monitor vitals, administer medications, and educate patients and families in their own homes.

This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and the chance to deliver compassionate, personalized care. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, at least 1 year in infusion therapy or catheter care, and have reliable transportation to

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and access to scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access and care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines), monitor vitals, administer meds.
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medications.
• Document visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.
