Varco Home Health in McKinney, Texas is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, helping improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

You’ll work under a Physical Therapist, support exercise programs, monitor progress, educate families, and document visits. A Texas PTA license is required and home health experience is preferred.

This role offers flexible scheduling, field autonomy, and meaningful patient care with a steady patient flow.

Competenze

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support patient goals and functional independence.
