Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in pharmacy or PharmD.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Texas in good standing.
• IV certification or ability to obtain.
• IV compounding experience preferred.
• Inpatient/hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify physician orders using the pharmacy system.
• Adjust dosages per protocols and educate patients.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and ensure compliance.
• Manage narcotics control and inventory processes.
• Maintain accreditation readiness and support QA tasks.
