Job summary

CarePartners Health Services, a member of Mission Health, seeks a qualified clinician to join the Western North Carolina PACE program in Asheville. You will provide comprehensive primary care for older adults within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic care in a community-based setting.

The role is PRN with clinic hours Monday through Friday, collaborating with Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers to enhance quality of life

Qualifications

• Board eligible/certified in any specialty.
• Experience treating complex geriatric, internal medicine, and mental health patients.
• Position does not offer visa support.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for PACE participants including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning and oversight.
• Work alongside Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment dedicated to quality of life.
• PRN role to pick up shifts as needed.

Position Highlights

• You will work alongside Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Therapists, and Volunteers in a supportive environment dedicated to quality of life
