In this role, you’ll provide holistic, participant-centered care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and quality of life while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Job Summary And Qualifications

• Required Education: BSN degree with an RN license and BLS Certification as well as Frist Aid
• Required License: RN license
• Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.
• Preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing management in a community home based setting preferred.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
