CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team. Inpatient-only rehabilitation setting with 4, 10-hour shifts per week and shared call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate NP or PA program completed.
• BLS certification is required.
• Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage admissions, daily follow-up, and discharge planning for medically complex patients.

Job Summary

CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting caring for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic trauma, debility, and other complex medical conditions. The APP will work closely with physiatrists, nursing, therapy services, case management, and consulting specialists to provide comprehensive inpatient care focused on maximizing patient recovery and independence.

Qualified Candidates

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• BLS certification
• Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility for licensure
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation, hospital medicine, internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics, or other inpatient-focused specialties preferred

Position Highlights
