Job summary

Mission Community Medicine in Spruce Pine, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced primary care advanced practice provider to join our team in a stable, patient‑centered setting.

This employed role offers Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm hours with a call every 3rd week, and opportunities for NHSC loan forgiveness in a rural health center.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with appropriate certification exams
• At least two years' of experience as a practicing advanced practitioner in an urgent care or primary care setting

• Rural Health Center - you may qualify for NHSC loan forgiveness
