Madrid Home is seeking a PRN Receptionist to greet residents and guests, answer calls, relay messages, and support daily operations in our Madrid community.

The ideal candidate will read, write, and speak fluent English, have basic computer and clerical skills, and maintain excellent attendance. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle are preferred; competitive pay and benefits may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet coworkers, residents, family members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Cleans guestrooms on an as-needed basis to ensure a clean experience for guests.
• Answer telephones and relay messages as needed.
• Respond to emergency response pendants as required.
• Provide services and supplies for residents such as mail, packages, and requests.
• Assist departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
