Job summary

Western Home Communities is seeking a PRN Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and assist residents with services and supplies. The role includes responding to emergency pendants and performing occasional guest room cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong English fluency, 2 years of related experience, and reliable attendance. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Strong customer service and clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet coworkers, residents, family members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer telephones and relay messages, as needed.
• Respond to emergency response pendants, as needed/required.
• Carry and respond to universal emergency phone, if applicable.
• Provide services and supplies for residents such as forwarding mail, delivering packages and flowers.
• Assist departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
