Madrid Home is seeking a friendly and welcoming PRN Receptionist to work in our Madrid community. An ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide a wonderful first impression, create fulfilling lifestyles for the people around them, and take pride in the service they provide.

Your day-to-day includes greeting visitors, answering calls and relaying messages, responding to emergency pendants as needed, cleaning guest rooms as needed to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for guests,

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Ability to work weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet coworkers, residents, family members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer telephones and relay messages.
• Respond to emergency response pendants as needed.
• Assist with mail, packages, and requests for residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms as needed.
• Provide services and supplies for residents.
