Job summary

Western Home Communities in Madrid is seeking a friendly PRN Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression for residents, families and guests. You will greet visitors, answer calls, relay messages, respond to emergency pendants as needed, and assist with keeping guest rooms clean and stocked.

You will build lasting relationships, support administrative tasks, and help residents with mail, packages and requests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Two years of related experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Computer experience and general clerical skills.
• Exceptional attendance.
• Servant spirit.

Responsibilities

• Greet coworkers, residents, family members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Cleans guestrooms on an as-needed basis, to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Answer telephones and relay messages, as needed.
• Respond to emergency response pendants, as needed/required.
• Carry and respond to universal emergency phone, if applicable.
• Provide services and supplies for residents such as forwarding mail, delivering packages and flowers, and submitting maintenance requests.
• Assists departments with performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested
