Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking an EMT/Paramedic to join our nationwide occupational medical services team. You will respond to on-site medical emergencies, provide first aid and life-saving care, and assess injuries while working either independently or as part of a team.

The role requires an active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state, current BLS, and at least 2 years of emergency-setting experience, including 911 experience.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER or 911).
• 911 experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document all assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
