Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, seeks EMTs/Paramedics to provide on-site medical care for workers under a PRN schedule. You will respond to emergencies, render first aid, assess injuries, and coordinate with treatment facilities while ensuring compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates hold an active EMT license, BLS, and at least two years of emergency-care experience, including 911 environments. Strong communication and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (ER or 911 ambulance).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care per policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine action.
• Communicate with medical professionals for instructions.
• Engage with site personnel about incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment and risks.
