Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is hiring EMTs and Paramedics to provide on-site medical care and rapid response at client sites. You will perform basic first aid through life-saving care, with a mix of clinical and field duties in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements include an active EMT or Paramedic license in the state, current BLS, and at least 2 years in emergency settings (911 experience preferred). Schedule is 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts, with potential Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience.
• 911 experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in accordance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and quality of care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
