Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to join our nationwide occupational medical services team. You will provide basic first aid through life-saving medical care, in a dynamic mix of clinical and field work, potentially working independently or as part of a team.

The role emphasizes rapid response, adherence to policies, and documentation, with a schedule of Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and a pay range of $28–$30 per

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in line with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine action.
• Communicate with medical professionals for instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and quality of care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
