CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our nationwide occupational medical services team. You will respond to on-site emergencies, provide essential medical care, assess injuries, and document treatments while coordinating with hospitals and treatment facilities.

The role blends clinical work with field duties, requiring independent decision-making, strong communication, and teamwork within changing site environments. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• 911 experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine necessary actions.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
