Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking motivated EMTs and Paramedics to join our nationwide occupational medical team. You’ll deliver basic first aid through life-saving care on-site and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals.

Enjoy a stable schedule, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and a competitive pay range of $28-$30 per hour. This role emphasizes clinic and field work with independent decision-making in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of emergency setting experience (ER or 911 service).
• 911 experience required.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care per policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine action.
• Communicate with medical professionals for follow-up.
• Engage with clients and site personnel on incidents.
• Maintain high clinical standards and document assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
