Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, seeks an EMT or Paramedic to join our nationwide occupational medical services team. You will respond to on-site emergencies, provide first aid and medical care, and document assessments and treatments with a focus on safety and quality care.

Requirements include active EMT/Paramedic license in the state, current BLS, 2+ years in emergency settings, and 911 experience. Schedule is day shift 6am-6pm; pay range is $25-$28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in line with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine course of action.
• Communicate with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environments to mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.
