Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and support a positive patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure comfort and safety, and document results in RIS/PACS.

Responsibilities include administering contrast, venipuncture, and maintaining regulatory compliance while prioritizing patient privacy and infection control. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Complete High School or equivalent diploma.
• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (R) and ARRT CT certifications required.
• BLS certification required.

Job description

Role:

CT Technologist responsible for delivering high-quality imaging and ensuring a supportive patient experience at a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT procedures following department guidelines, operate imaging equipment safely, and adjust techniques to maintain diagnostic quality while minimizing dose (ALARA). Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety; explain procedures clearly using AIDET; obtain clinical history; verify orders and patient identifiers. Administer contrast and perform venipuncture using sterile techniques. Review images for quality, repeat or correct as needed, and document accurately in RIS/PACS. Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and maintain equipment and infection control standards. Organize workflows, support department operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience
• Certifications: ARRT - R (Radiography), ARRT - CT, BLS (American Heart Association)
