Role

Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT)

Responsibilities

Provide safe, age-appropriate imaging procedures, verify orders, obtain clinical histories, administer contrast medias, ensure proper patient identification, review images, respond to emergencies, assist with all modalities, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control. Organize workflow, support patient comfort and privacy, and operate imaging equipment efficiently. Collaborate with team members, document procedures accurately, and uphold safety and infection control standards. Participate in training and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Accredited radiologic technology education, ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications required. Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred. Must possess excellent communication, customer service, multitasking, and independent working skills. Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and quality control practices essential. Ability to operate all workstations and maintain department standards.
