The role requires proficient computer skills (Casamba, Point Click Care) and license as an OTA in the state. You’ll join a team dedicated to high-quality restorative services and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per OT Board.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver training.
