Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of the Staff OT in a United States facility. You will support direct patient care, assist with treatment sessions, and help with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.

Responsibilities include documenting treatment notes, weekly progress, and updates per state practice act and payer requirements, plus training other staff in restorative activities and maintaining a clean treatment area.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care for data input and record keeping

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under OT direction
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes
• Support discharge planning and family education
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team
• Maintain treatment area and equipment in good condition
