PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the Staff Occupational Therapist in a post-acute setting. You will assist with patient care, documentation, and discharge planning while collaborating with the health team.

Must be licensed as an OTA in the state and proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care. Strong communication and documentation skills, and commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA per state Board.
• Maintain license in good standing.
• Continue education requirements per state practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under OT supervision.
• Record treatment notes and progress per board guidelines.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver training.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and health team.
• Participate in in-services and maintain treatment area.
