Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant with state credentials.
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer programs.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and record notes.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and discharge planning.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and health team.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with board and payer requirements.
• Provide caregiver training and family instructions for home programs.
