Job summary

Creekside Village is seeking a PRN COTA - Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in Maryland. The role supports an OTR with direct patient care, documentation, and coordination of orders under state guidelines. PRN schedule provides flexible coverage to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must have current COTA license.
• One year of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of an OTR and per state guidelines.
• Assist OT in identifying appropriate patients and referrals.
• Document patient progress weekly and obtain OTR cosignature.
• Ensure MD orders for treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Assist with other documentation per state guidelines.
• Attend facility and rehab meetings as indicated by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department supervisor, lead therapist, or regional manager.
