Job summary

Autumn Lake at Birch Manor in Sykesville, MD is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver hands-on therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

The role includes carrying out treatment plans, helping residents with ADLs and mobility, and documenting progress. A Maryland COTA license, strong communication and teamwork, and SNF/rehabilitation experience are preferred. Direct hire; no agency.

Autumn Lake at Birch Manor is looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands‑on therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

What You'll Do
