Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Geneva, Ohio, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing network of facilities. This PRN daytime role supports licensed OTs by implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.

You will work at Pine Grove Healthcare Center in Geneva, Ohio, with a focus on patient education and adaptive equipment instruction. A valid state COTA license and NBCOT certification are required, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
