Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support skilled nursing residents. You will implement treatment plans under an OT supervision and help patients improve daily living skills.

The role requires an Associate Degree in OTA, a current COTA license in Florida, and NBCOT certification. A minimum 1 year of experience is preferred, with opportunities for PRN daytime scheduling at Kissimmee Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license and NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
