Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN shifts at West Wind Village in Morris, MN. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercises as part of a collaborative therapy team.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required


• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required


• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred


• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
