Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a PRN / fill-in Cook at The Lodge of Howard Lake in Howard Lake, MN. Base pay ranges from $18.50 to $23.50 per hour with a weekend differential of $1.25 per hour and day shift availability.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving food per menu and dietary guidelines, maintaining sanitation, and operating kitchen equipment. This role requires adherence to HACCP and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of six months of applicable experience preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending upon location.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for residents, staff and visitors.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Operates equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens and more.
• Works independently and communicates effectively with team members.
