Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Saint Ansgar, IA is seeking a PRN Food Service/Kitchen role. You will prepare and serve meals for patients, residents, staff and visitors, following menus and dietary requirements and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of applicable experience preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble baked goods, cook, season and portion food for patients/residents, staff and visitors.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and sanitize, label and store food and equipment.
• Maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment and machinery; ensure safe food quality.
• Work with internal customers and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication.
