Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Concierge for our Independent Living community in Lake Mary, FL. This PRN role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors, handling a range of support and administrative tasks with professionalism and a warm, courteous demeanor.

You will coordinate activities, manage requests, distribute mail, direct calls and interact with team members, residents and guests, under the direction of the Business Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents, families, peers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work without sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull carts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff to enhance the resident experience.
• Coordinate activities, manage requests, distribute correspondence and direct phone calls.
• Interact with residents, guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
