Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Concierge to enhance the Resident experience by serving as the first point of contact for a variety of support and administrative needs. This role operates under the Business Office Manager with a focus on friendly, timely, and professional service to residents and guests.

The Concierge will perform clerical tasks, coordinate activities, manage requests, direct calls, distribute mail, and interact with residents and visitors with courtesy and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in the senior housing field preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents, families, peers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to enhance the Resident experience.
• Perform clerical tasks and coordinate activities.
• Manage requests and distribute correspondence.
• Direct phone calls and greet visitors, residents and guests.
• Interact professionally with team members and residents in alignment with Community standards.
