Pine Village in Moundridge, KS is seeking a Transportation Driver on a PRN basis. The role involves transporting residents, assisting with transfers, and ensuring paperwork accompanies each transport.

Requirements include a valid Kansas CNA in good standing, current CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license. This position reports to the Director of Nursing and participates in essential safety and compliance procedures.

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state of Kansas.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid, unencumbered state-issued driver’s license.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides transportation services to residents as scheduled or as needed for appointments or events.
• Assists residents with transfer activities during transport in accordance with care plans and policies.
• Safeguards resident paperwork during transports and delivers to receiving providers.
• Delivers paperwork after transport related to Medicaid voucher transport reimbursement where applicable.
• Keeps supervisor informed of factors that interfere with duties.
