Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nurse staff and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services at meals, including setup, delivery, feeding, and documenting intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Record weights and report changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitor skin condition and report issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assist with toileting program activities.
• Complete flow sheets and document resident progress.
• Communicate factors affecting task performance to supervisor.
