Job summary

North Houston Transitional Care in Houston, TX seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident's care plan. You will identify residents using wristbands, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

You will maintain patient safety and confidentiality while working within established policies. Applicants must hold a valid CNA license and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 10th grade education minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents using wristbands before procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident safety and confidentiality.
