Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosure risks.
