Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to join Memorial City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX as a PRN team member. You will deliver routine daily nursing care to residents under the supervision of the nursing staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, mobility, observing vital signs, and reporting changes to the Charge Nurse per care plans. A CNA license and high school diploma are required or preferred, with LTC experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• Experience in a long‑term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility and daily care per care plans.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned and report any changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate to nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to resident care policy and procedures.
