Job summary

Guidelight Health in Denver, CO, seeks a full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in our PHP/IOP programs for adults and adolescents. You will develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold a current Colorado license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and may supervise associate clinicians. Competitive compensation, onsite schedule, and opportunities for professional growth are included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid independent state licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Willingness to provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified time frames.
