Silverado Aspen Park, a memory care innovator in Salt Lake City, is hiring a CNA. You will provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairment, assist with daily living activities, and build strong relationships with families and the Silverado team.

The role is PRN (Per Diem) with multiple AM/PM shifts and variable days, offering paid training and growth opportunities. Silverado offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CNA Training Completion with valid CNA certificate number required.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
