Job summary

Silverado Bellevue is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our memory care team in Bellevue, Washington. You will provide compassionate care, assist with activities of daily living, and help residents live with dignity and joy as part of a dedicated, patient-centered team.

This part-time role offers routine AM shifts (Friday through Sunday) with competitive pay of $23–$26 per hour, paid training, benefits eligibility, and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairments preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

Anticipated pay range

$23 - $26 USD
