Job summary

Silverado Frederick is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with memory impairments at our Frederick, Maryland campus.

You will provide compassionate daily living assistance, build connections with residents and families, and help maintain care records in a collaborative team environment. Silverado offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for internal mobility within a highly regarded memory care leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Responsibilities

Schedule: Part Time, NOC shift, every other Tuesday, Friday, Weekend and Holidays

Anticipated pay range

$21 - $23 USD
