Job summary

Silverado Aspen Park is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for residents with memory impairments. The role blends clinical care with heartfelt connection, supporting daily living activities and maintaining care records.

The position is part-time with a PM shift. Anticipated pay ranges from $23 to $28 per hour, plus benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team.
