Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our clinical team in Warrensburg, MO. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and support residents’ daily needs in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Missouri CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document per state and federal guidelines.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Promote social interaction and emotional well-being among residents.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct care as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
• Assist with meal service and resident transport within the facility.
