Manchester Rehab & Healthcare Center in Ballwin, MO, seeks a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for the evening shift (2p–10p). You will administer nonparenteral medications under RN/LPN supervision and support residents with ADLs, while following facility protocols to ensure safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Missouri-certified CMT with current license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer nonparenteral medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Follow regulations and infection control procedures.
• Ensure proper medication storage, documentation, and disposal.
• Provide direct resident care and assist with ADLs.
• Assist in taking and reporting vital signs.
• Respond to call lights within 2 minutes.

• Follow federal, state, and facility regulations and infection control procedures.
• Ensure proper medication storage, documentation, and disposal per facility protocol.
• Provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), and support dietary needs, including feeding and offering substitutes.
• Assist in taking and reporting vital signs and promptly notify nursing staff of any abnormalities.
• Respond to call lights within 2 minutes and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Maintain safe usage of safety equipment, transfer devices, and gait belts.
